Theragun PRO Plus 整合六大創新按摩科技，幫助舒緩痠痛感、提升靈活度、加速恢復：

  • 振動按摩：舒緩關節不適感與敏感部位。
  • 熱敷放鬆：放鬆僵硬肌肉、加快修復。
  • 減震型按摩頭：針對敏感或痠痛區域進行溫和按壓。
  • 楔型按摩頭：適用於肩胛骨、髂脛束、刮痧及沖刷動作。
  • 微點型按摩頭：加速熱身、刺激恢復。
  • 標準型按摩頭：全身使用，釋放肌肉緊繃感。
  • 指型按摩頭：舒緩下背痠痛感、觸發點與深層結節。

開機與操作說明

長按中央按鍵開啟裝置，LCD 螢幕會亮起。可選擇「快速啟動」或使用上下鍵切換不同按摩模式。選定後再次按下中央鍵開始。建議先由小部分區域周圍開始施壓，逐步探索適合自己的按壓強度。

安裝／更換配件

 

請務必關機後更換配件。對準裝置與配件上的白點，插入後順時針旋轉鎖定。欲拆卸時反方向旋轉後拔除。

紅外線 LED

切換至 LED 指示圖示後短按，即可開啟或關閉紅外線 LED。建議紅外線 LED 與衝擊式按摩、振動按摩、熱敷放鬆同時使用，每個部位使用約 90 秒。⚠️ 冷敷模式下無法啟動紅外線 LED。

振動按摩

安裝振動按摩頭即可啟用，無須額外設定。

熱敷放鬆

安裝熱敷按摩頭後，短按右鍵切換至熱敷指示燈，再透過上下鍵調整三段溫度。

生物感測器

使用雙手握住握把，食指輕觸感測器，需完整覆蓋感測區域。請勿用力按壓，避免造成讀值不準。

充電與指示燈說明

關機狀態下才能充電  

  • 充電中會顯示電量百分比。
  • 完全充電時，電池圖示會轉為綠色並顯示 100%。
  • 充飽後請拔除 USB-C 線。


保養與清潔

  • 本產品非防水，請勿水洗或直接接觸液體。
  • 關機後可使用消毒濕巾擦拭機身與配件。
  • 生物感測器需保持乾淨，確保讀取精準。
